Hada Moutell
MURPHYSBORO - Hada Moutell, 82, died at 10:10a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, 1995, in Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today in Pettett Funeral Home, with the Rev. Frank Voorhees officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Memorial Park. Visitation will be today until the hour of services at the funeral home.
Mr. Moutell was a farmer.
He was a member of Victory Christian Fellowship in Murphysboro.
He was born April 30, 1912, in Union County, to Sherman and Nettie (Lindsey) Moutell.
He married Edna Smith on Nov. 30, 1939, in Cape Girardeau. She survives of Murphysboro.
Other survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Hada H. and Johnna Moutell of Carbondale; one daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Gary Varner of Murpysboro; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Willie Outlan; one sister, Ada Yoast; one great-grandchild; and one grandson-in-law, Jim Poe.
