- Business is lively in the justice's courts to-day. Two cases are pending against George Wakefield, one for carrying concealed weapons and the other for threatening the lives of certain parties in Plano. He is being tried on the first charge to-day, Saunders and Hays appearing for state and J. A. Elliott for defendant. The trouble grows out of a neighborhood row.

Two informations against Wm. Wales one for killing game and one for attempting to commit a public offense, appear on the docket of 'Squire Martin. The informations are sworn to by George Wakefield.

The informations against Wakefield are sworn to by Wales. In the office of 'Squire Henderson an information filed against Wales is sworn to by Wakefield charging him with perjury.

This continued "fussing" has boon going on for the past six months between these two parties, involving a big expense to themselves and no good to anybody.
