The undersigned bring the late widow of Soloman Lipe, Dec'd, and anxoius that Wm C. Etherton be appointed by said court to administer said estate of her husband, hereby relinquishes her right as widow to administer said estate, and ask this said court to appoint said Wm C. Etherton, as administrator of said estate.
