I received E-mail from G. Etherton containing information on the descendants of Allen Etherton:
"Jerry died at the Eisenhower Hospital an Rancho Mirage. He is burried at the Oakdale
Memorial Park in Glendora. Jerry's wife (Loraine Elizabeth Etherton) died Oct. 23rd.
2010. Loraine is also burried where Jerry was."
