On this day personally appear befor me, clerk of the county court within and for the county and state appeared Joel Moutel and applied for license to marry Miss Levina Ann May, and after being duly sworn disposes and says that Levina Ann May is over 14 years and is the daughter of Hamilton May now deceased and that Alvina May is her mother, and that the said Alvina May gives her full consent to said marriage and tht the forgoing permit hereto attached {?} executed by the said Alvina May by her mark in my presence and further he says note subscribed and sworn to before me this 9 day of April 1864.
