Leah Burkey and Abel Cartwright Davis married 19 Dec 1850. They had 10 children of which 5 reached mature years: Laura Etherton, Charles, Hattie Blackwood, Mollie Lipe, Jennie McLaughlin, and Joseph Herbert Davis.
Their daughter Harriet A "Hattie" Davis married Charles Austin Blackwood 5 Aug 1880. Harriet and Austin Blackwood presumably are buried in Poplar Ridge w/out stone markers. Harriet died before 1894.
