Frances P. Blevins, Micajah Etherton and Alvin Etherton

Partition

This day came the pltf. by Dougherty his atty. and the Guardian ad. litem appointed herein having filed his report & answer is allowed a fee of 2$ to be taxed and the defendant being called came not but made default -- Therefore Judgt. of Partition is Entered herein of the following described said, to wit, being the lands and premises in the said petition mentioned vis: The North East qr. of the South East qr. of Section No. 21 in T.10 S. R. 2 W. Containing forty acres. and it is ordered that William G. Lindsey, B.F. Conner & Jacob Shultz, were appointed commisioners to make partition of the said land and premises between the parties named in said petition according to their respective rights and interests as asertained in said petition. and this cause is continued for report.
